buffbot fix issue/speed glitch issue

1. acuity value is wrong , it has already been said since a week, still waiting for a fix which takes 5 sec to edit..

2. add haste buff and af buff to bot and forbid bots (kinda boring to see all those fags running with red resists and proc heal)

3.you gain an increase in speed movement sometimes when you are out of combat and all the noobs yell for speedhack, it need to be taken care of.
