cure nearsight staves

Really missing the cure nearsight staves :)  hib casters are owning pvp right now simply because they have the distance advantage at all times.  My poor little albie can't take the heat.

Then roll a cure ns class or a class with ns.  This is the advantage they bring - rock, paper, scissors....

Roll a nightshade and own them.

The cure ns staves/shields are too powerful for valks/skalds/vws etc...NOOOO
