you can chain use it. it needs to be disabled at the very least for right now. coucoument or whatever his name has exploited it all the way to whatever rank he is.

Yeah Jeroxdupony has been abusing the same exact bug.  Guy landed RR5 on me two times in one fight.

I am sorry I also cheated it seems you can remove the ability like a buff it was the only way I could get the proof needed.

It can be exploited both ways from the user and receiver.  User can Spam it, Receiver can remove it like a buff.
