When Xenthix is in his guild it's never going to be taken care of.
You also haven't promoted the server's forum enough for people to sign up and say anything. Yesterday 4 people in a row witnessed it and no one was online to take care of it.
I'm personally moving to Uthgard until you take care of these things. Many others will follow. Just give it time.
Fix the server and you'll keep your community, especially the honest ones who will support you. It's just too bad.
I'm consistently trolled as well for "QQ"ing... when in reality I'm the only one that's ADAMANTLY speaking out against it. It's not QQ when you're right bud.
