I beleive on previous servers there was a bug where if you had the "Magic Dexterity Number" you would always nuke for what seemed to be caster damage values.
This is partially true. I have tested different dex and I have found that certain levels of dex provide more damage than others. One would believe the highest amount of dex would provide the highest amount of damage but this is entirely false. There is a certain range of dex that does increase damage but from what I have noticed it has only increased it by 10 damage. That is not to say that there is such thing as a "magic dexterity number" that is within the ranges I have discovered that turns the DD into normal caster spell but one should not rush in and reduce the damage because the increased damage is what I have found to be a range of numbers then you would completely nerf the spell for anyone who is not cheating in such ways.
