I feel they are a sad too high.  Taking 250-300ish damage (without AoM) per DD.  Using both thats a nice 500-600 dump.  A possible solution to this high damage would be to give CL Resist buffs ;/

but we already get cl resist buffs from the bb.

one reason they're so high is because we get capped everything. last time i played live i don't believe i ever saw a skald/minst template that had 10 resist pierce, 10 spell dmg, capped skills and capped charisma.

For sure reduce spell damage because it seems casters are doing debuff damage without debuff which means I would be afraid to see what debuffed damage actually looks like.

Remove or make the spell a proc on aged basilisk for sure an instant stun pet is purely stupid it makes any charming caster pretty much immune to poison users because you PA them but before you can get follow up stun the pet instant hits you and instantly stuns you which gives the caster enough time to root you or just own you right there.

A solution to the Aged Basilisk is to make the Stun an OffensiveBuffProc, they can alter the frequency at which it procs and it will not always proc when sent to "attack" a player that does not have immunity or the spell already.

Yeah thats how it should be just like any other mob in daoc that has procs a dd its a simple offensive proc not an instant ability that goes off at all times and never resists.

tbh, the last time i played live basilisks worked the way that they do here.

you can chain use it. it needs to be disabled at the very least for right now. coucoument or whatever his name has exploited it all the way to whatever rank he is.
